Vira User Agreement

Effective Date: February 7, 2025

Welcome to Vira! By accessing, downloading, or using the Vira app (the “App”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Vira regarding your use of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Age Requirement

The App is available to individuals who are at least 17 years of age. If you are younger than 17, you may not use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

3. Location and Legal Jurisdiction

Vira operates in California, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

4. Account Creation and Responsibility

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for the activities conducted under your account, and you agree to keep your login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify us immediately.

5. Restrictions on Use of the App

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

• Violating any local, state, or federal law while using the App.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or harms the App’s operation, or interferes with other users' access to the App.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or any related systems.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, deceptive, or offensive content through the App.

6. Collection and Use of Information

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information and your rights in relation to it.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the App, including text, images, graphics, and software, is owned by Vira or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content without express permission from Vira.

8. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Vira does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or viruses. You use the App at your own risk.

In no event will Vira be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination and Suspension of Access

Vira reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate this Agreement or engage in any unlawful behavior. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Modifications to This Agreement

Vira reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the new Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify users of significant changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly for updates.
